A woman who dined at a fast food restaurant says that when she ordered fried chicken, the restaurant has given her a towel.

The customer who goes by the name Alique Perez, posted photos and videos from the Jollibee restaurant in the Philippines of the “food” she received and claims it is extremely disgusting.

The woman wrote: “One thing that frustrated me this afternoon is that we had fast food delivered by Jollibee and I have ordered chicken for my son, while trying to take a bite, I found it very difficult to even cut it. I tried to open it with my hands and to my surprise it turned out to be a fried towel.”

The angry woman has posted photos with a question, “How the hell can you put a towel in batter and even fry it!”

On the other hand, the restaurant seems to have taken it very seriously and said it closed the site for 3 days so it could “thoroughly review procedural compliance and retrain the store team.”

He then tried to deliver a testimonial “Jollibee has carefully developed and complied with food preparation systems to ensure we deliver excellent quality products and customer satisfaction.

We will continue to strive to meet the high standards we have set for ourselves and franchisees.”

Jollibee has a total of 1,150 locations in the Philippines more than Mickey D’s. There are 58 restaurants in the U.S. and Canada and the plan is to expand to 300 by 2024.
