Artem Pavlechko, a local blogger, is under criminal investigation after posting a 16‑minute video on VKontakte on January 14 that appears to show unsanitary handling of human remains inside the Tulun forensic facility in the Irkutsk region. The clip also contains identifying details about the morgue’s director and, investigators say, includes a private address for a medical worker — a point Pavlechko’s lawyer, Anna Anufrieva, has disputed.
