Judge Brenda Penny of Los Angeles banned mobile devices and laptops from posting details of the hearing on social media, but eventually reported what Britney Spears said

“It is my wish and my dream for all of this to end,” the entertainer said while addressing the judge in a Los Angeles courtroom on Wednesday.

“I would like to end the guardianship without being evaluated,” she continued, referring to the legal guardians who placed Spears’ estate, financial assets and some personal property under the control of her father’s trust and the Bessemer trust.

In March, Spears‘ father, Jamie, said he is “not the perfect parent,” but that everything he did was in the singer’s “best interest.”

Recall what Jamie Spears’ lawyer, Vivian Lee Thoreen, told CNN: “(Jamie) would love nothing more than to see Britney not need a guardianship.

Whether the guardianship ends or not is really up to Britney.

“If she wants to end the guardianship, she can file a petition to end it.”

EFE” reported that the artist considered the guardianship as a legal figure, which they referred to as “abusive”, “absurd”, and for which they recognized that some involved “should be in jail”.

During the hearing, pop star Britney Spears launched shocking accusations against her father and members of his team during an explosive testimony in court on Wednesday.

“I’m fed up,” the singer assured a Los Angeles courtroom during a telephone intervention replete with blunt statements such as “I’m not happy,” “I can’t sleep” and “I felt drugged.”

Spears said that during the settlement, she has been forced to work long hours with no days off against her will, and has been denied access to her own cell phone.

Spears said she wants to get married and have a baby, but confessed that she was not allowed to go to a doctor to have her IUD (intrauterine device) removed so she could get pregnant.
