During an appearance on FOX & Friends, Lundgren discussed how he accidentally caused a serious injury to co-star Sylvester Stallone during a fight scene.
Lundgren expressed his guilt upon learning that Stallone had been hospitalized due to the injury. He noted, “We were both getting hit in that fight,” revealing that he was unaware of the injury’s severity until receiving a phone call from the producer after returning to Los Angeles.

He admitted, “I did feel a little guilty,” emphasizing that Stallone was also delivering strong hits.
