Tim Clevenger, 54, pleaded guilty Thursday to two counts of production of child pornography and two counts of possession of child pornography.

The former assistant principal at a high school outside Birmingham was previously convicted of the same charges in 2018 in a case involving another young victim who was a friend of his daughter.

In this case, Clevenger argued that it had to have been his 9-year-old son who made the illegal admission and put the item on his school’s computer.

Clevenger filmed the girls using his bathroom or showering at night through the blinds from outside the house in 2013, according to the report.

He was reportedly sentenced to 18 years for each production count and seven years for each possession.

“Today, for the first time, Tim Clevenger admitted to perpetuating these horrific crimes against a child,” Blount County Prosecutor Pamela Casey said, according to the media outlet.

“In 2018, he refused to acknowledge his guilt in the trial related to the first victim and instead testified that his 9-year-old son had snuck out of the house at night and took these videos and downloaded them onto this computer.”

“You have to be a total piece of shit to blame your own child for committing such vile acts knowing that they had actually done it,” Casey added.
