As revealed via USA Today , the lawsuit that Johnny Depp won will force the ACLU hospital to disclose how much Amber Heard has donated to them.
If you didn’t know, Amber Heard claimed that she would donate her $7 million settlement to the American Civil Liberties Union and the Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles after the two were first divorced.
However, Johnny Depp and his legal team claimed that Amber Heard did not actually donate the amount she said she would.
As a result, by winning this lawsuit, it will allow the real answer to come out.
What this means is that, if Amber Heard did not donate all of the money, then Johnny Depp and his legal team will have evidence that Amber Heard has lied.
This will be something they can use further in court.
Johnny Depp previously lost his defamation lawsuit against Amber Heard, in which he claimed that she only married him for his money.
While the judge sided with Amber Heard, stating that her donation proved otherwise, that reasoning won’t work if she doesn’t donate all the money.
In fact, Depp’s argument that she married him for his money would be even more compelling.
