A 14-year-old boy was caught walking into his Brooklyn public high school with a loaded gun in his backpack Thursday morning, police said.
A Brooklyn man who was released from jail just a couple of months ago was shot and killed in a shooting that left another man wounded, police said. The man had been released from jail in July after serving less than a year for attempted drug possession.
