After the discovery, the youngsters immediately alerted her parents, who took the child to a hospital.

At the medical center, doctor Olga Bugynina examined the little girl. “I examined her, saw that she had no damage and began to gently rub her arms and legs with my hands. I asked the nurse to bring a clean sheet and blanket and warm them on the radiator. The nurse warmed the bottle of milk from the box. When the child warmed up, turned pink, we wrapped her in everything warm and fed her,” she has assured according to an official statement of the Russian Ministry of Health.

Investigators are now trying to locate the baby’s mother, who is accused of attempted homicide.
