The Senate voted 51-50 to take up a budget bill for virus relief with a $1.9 billion offer after nearly 15 hours due to switches from both parties.

The 81-year-old Democrat has served since 1991 as a U.S. representative for California’s 43rd congressional term for 30 years.

Prior to that, she served in the California state assembly – for 14 years.

That’s nearly half a century of public service with a paycheck, as well as an expense and tourism account, which is paid for by taxpayers.

During this time, despite the officials’ honest salaries, the works have left her lavishly wealthy.

According to one estimate, her net worth is around $2 million, and she lives in a house reportedly worth around $4 million.

The Liberal Citizens Watchdog Group responsible for accountability and ethics in Washington added him to its list of corrupt members of Congress in 2005 reports reports in 2006, 2009 and 2011.

In 2014, the Los Angeles Times reported that Waters’ family members in the last eight years reported to have made more than $1 million U.S. dollars.

“We have to become more active, we have to become more confrontational,” Waters said as they addressed the masses of protesters.

Waters’ call to be “more confrontational,” drew immediate rebukes from Labor in both parties, although House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has said she does not have to apologize for her comments.

“Maxine spoke of a confrontation in the nature of the civil rights movement,” said Ms. Pelosi.

“I think we should take leadership from the George Floy family. She has dealt with the issue with great dignity and without ambiguity or lack of interpretation from the other side.”

Asked if Waters‘ comments could incite violence, Ms. Pelosi said, “Absolutely not.”

But others said the opposite

“As long as she calms her ties to her anti-American base, her job is done,” said Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Arizona, on Twitter.

On Sunday, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Georgia, announced plans to expel Waters from Congress.

WATERS is a danger to our society and I will soon introduce a resolution to expel the congresswoman for her continued incitement to violence,” she tweeted.
