The rapper surprised her fans with the unexpected news that she and her husband, Offset, are expecting their second baby after the birth of their daughter in 2018.
Cardi B revealed the news while performing alongside her husband, Offset, and his group Migos on Sunday night at the awards show.
After the trio finished singing the track ‘Straightenin’, the rapper appeared on stage in a black bodysuit adorned with rhinestones and a very revealing see-through belly panel that exposed a prominent pregnant belly.

The two artists are already parents to a daughter, Kulture Kiari, who will turn three in July. Offset, 29, is also the father of three more children from previous relationships.
The two musicians secretly married in 2017, before splitting in 2018 after she gave birth that same year. The two have been in an on-and-off relationship since then, but last fall they reconciled for good.
Cardi B was nominated for five awards at this year’s BET Awards: best female hiphop artist, best collaboration, video of the year and audience award.
The New Yorker of Dominican origin, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, already has experience when it comes to announcing pregnancies in an original way.
On the previous occasion she did so during a live television appearance as well, revealing the news while performing on the legendary comedy show ‘Saturday Night Live’.
