According to Pitchfork, the judge has ruled that the allegations made in the lawsuit “are not sufficient to invoke the discovery delay rule.”

The woman involved in the case, known only as Jane Doe, began dating Manson in 2011. She now has 20 days to amend her complaint.

Manson, 52, also faces three other lawsuits, in which a former assistant has taken the singer to court over allegations of sexual assault, abuse and harassment.

In April, actress Esmé Bianco also sued Manson for sexual assault, while in June, model Ashley Morgan Smithline took him to court on allegations of sexual assault, unlawful deprivation of liberty and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Earlier this year, actress Evan Rachel Wood also named Manson as an alleged abuser, which she said was a “horrible distortion of reality.”

In a post on Instagram, she said, “Obviously, my art and my life have long been magnets for controversy, but these recent claims about me are horrible distortions of reality.”

“My intimate relationships have always been fully consensual with like-minded partners.

Regardless of how – and why – others now choose to misrepresent the past, that is the truth.”

Following the allegations, Manson’s record label, Loma Vista Records, announced that it had cut ties with him.

In a statement sent to The Hollywood Reporter, the label said, “In light of today’s disturbing allegations from Evan Rachel Wood and other women naming Marilyn Manson as their abuser, Loma Vista will stop promoting their current album, effective immediately.”
