Two children were found naked and covered in feces on Wednesday morning, a person noticed the two little ones walking alone in the parking lot and that is when they realized what had happened to them.

As the sun was beating down Wednesday morning at Love’s Truck Stop in Loxley, Alabama, a customer noticed two small children, a boy and a girl, walking alone through the busy parking lot.
“There are RVs, trailers, construction equipment, boats constantly going through that front parking lot,” says DougPhillips, Loxley police.
“They would never have seen a child that young run underneath one of them.”
The children were naked, alone, and Phillips says there was something else going on. “The children were heavily covered in feces.” He says they were in their hair, on their faces and looked like they had been there for days.
Inside a van parked in the front parking lot of the truck stop, a couple identified as his parents, Alex Busuioc, 20, and Larisa Suca, 19, were found sleeping, “while these children were running loose in the street. the parking lot,” Phillips said.
Police believe the couple, from Romania, were returning to Tennessee from a beach vacation. They now face felony charges of felony torture and intentional abuse of a child.
“Fortunately, someone saw them and was able to call us so we could get the help the children needed,” Phillips said.
“Needless to say, it’s a sickening incident to see a child in that state.”
Investigators believe the van was parked at Love’s for at least a couple of hours. They are unsure how the children were able to get out of the van.
